On the second level you will find a bathroom with a tub/shower and three nice size bedrooms.  Two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with a full bed.

In the basement you will find laundry, a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and a rec/bar area for hanging out. 

The backyard is fenced in with seating.

Parking is available in the driveway for up to two vehicles, and additional street parking across from the home.
